The daily life of all of us has been turned upside down in the last few days. The children no longer go to school, if possible, we all continue working from home and we avoid social contacts. In short, everything is different. For us at MY VIVENDA, the health of our colleagues, their families and our partners are a priority, but we also have another very important goal: that everything can go on well and safely so that you as a customer are not unnecessarily affected by the current situation.

We will be happy to continue to be there for you as usual!

We do everything in our power to offer you additional comfort and service in these times. As you are used to from us, the MY VIVENDA POD software is available online around the clock to process your orders and deliver the ordered products quickly and safely to your office or home.

We are also currently working from home and are making every effort to keep waiting and response times short, although our customer support is currently being used more than usual. We apologize if it takes longer than you are used to.

More than ever we are in close contact with our suppliers, sales and delivery partners. And more than ever we are pulling together and thinking about our role. Our printing offices indicate that they will continue to produce in the coming period. But please try to avoid "last minute" orders and leave enough time between ordering the products and when you really need them.

In this exceptional situation we would like to emphasize that we are proud and have great respect for all those who are committed to our society. We are also proud of all the employees of the printing office, customer service and delivery staff who together ensure that our service and delivery can continue during this time.
